Short Biography:
Fred was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. He began drawing and taking art classes at a early age. In 1991, attended Savannah College of Art Design (SCAD) in Savannah, Georgia, where he specialized in painting and graphic design. Upon graduation from SCAD with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree, Fred worked for many years in the field of graphic design. Using his art background and expirence to help his tattooing skills delevoped over the years. Fred tattoo in South Carolina Charleston area and Columbia SC for some years.

In May 2015, Moved to Tampa, Florida
