Tattoo Artist Fred Nitzman
Short Biography:
Fred was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. He began drawing and taking art classes at a early age. Attended Savannah College of Art Design (SCAD) in Savannah, Georgia, where he specialized in painting and graphic design. Upon graduation from SCAD with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree, Fred worked for many years in the field of graphic design. Using his art background and expirence to help his tattooing skills delevoped over the years. Fred was a license Tattoo Artist in South Carolina working in Charleston and Columbia SC areas for some years.

In April 2015 , After spending a month in Dallas Texas. He moved to Tampa, Florida by May after taking  FL health department requirements. Register as a FL license tattoo artist.
